Appointments
Please arrive on time to ensure we have the full time reserved for your service. Late arrivals may require adjustments to your service in order to stay on schedule.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Less than 48 hours notice: 50% of the scheduled service total

Less than 24 hours notice or no-show: 100% of the scheduled service total
Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file. If the card on file declines, the cancellation fee will be required to be paid in full before rescheduling.
Card on File
A valid card is required to reserve all appointments. Cards on file are securely stored through trusted third-party booking and payment platforms and are only used in accordance with these policies.
Pricing
All services are thoughtfully customized and pricing may vary based on your hair goals, length, density, time, and product usage. Service prices listed on this website are starting prices.
Results
Inspiration photos are always welcome, but final results may vary depending on your hair history, natural level, condition, and previous color services.
Some transformations may require multiple appointments to achieve while maintaining the health and integrity of your hair.
